Neat Heat is a Cumbernauld based specialist in the installation and repair of gas and electric heating systems and boilers.

The company provide services for end users and to Local Authorities.

In order to achieve better scores in Pre-Qualification Questionaires and Local Authority procurement systems the company decided to achieve recognised quality management standards with the aim of securing additional Local Authority work.

The company decided to go for fully UKAS accredited certification and as a step towards this they implemented systems provided by iso assured and then achieved iso assured certification for the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards.

On-site audit of systems and award of certification to the standards in a very short timeframe.

The company were then successful in securing a large contract with a Local Authority based on the improved scores they achieved through having iso assured certification. Since being awarded the contract the company have also gone on and achieved UKAS approved certification for all the standards, using the systems implemented by iso assured, without any significant non-conformances.
